1 · Who we are
travel.to is an eSIM service operated by VPS.org, LLC. By using travel.to you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service — that's the deal.
2 · What we sell
eSIM data plans for use in one or more countries, delivered as a QR code by email after payment. travel.to is a reseller — the underlying cellular service is provided by partner carriers in each country, listed on every country page.
We don't sell voice minutes, SMS bundles, or international phone numbers. The eSIM is data-only.
3 · Accounts
An account is optional — you can buy as a guest. If you do create one, you're responsible for keeping your password private. Tell us at hello@travel.to if you suspect unauthorized access.
4 · Payment
All prices are in USD. Stripe processes payments — we never see your card number. Stripe Tax adds applicable taxes (VAT in the EU, GST elsewhere) based on your billing country.
There are no subscriptions: each purchase is a one-time charge for one eSIM plan.
5 · Refunds
Full refund if the eSIM fails to activate. Half refund if it activates but underperforms and you've used less than 500 MB at request time, or if you've used more we still refund 50% of the order amount.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of request. Stripe shows the refund on your card statement in 5–10 business days. Refunds beyond the 30-day window after delivery are handled on a case-by-case basis — email us.
6 · Fair use
Unlimited plans run at full carrier speed up to 50 GB per month. Beyond that we slow speed to 5 Mbps — enough for calls, Slack, basic browsing. We don't disconnect you. We don't charge overages. If you consistently consume an order of magnitude more than typical use, we may contact you about it.
7 · Acceptable use
Don't use travel.to for anything illegal in the country where you're using it. Don't resell our service to third parties. Don't use it to harass, defraud, or attack others. We can terminate accounts for violations and refund the unused portion of the plan.
8 · Service availability
Our target is 99.9% storefront uptime. Cellular coverage depends on the partner carrier in your country — we don't guarantee 100% coverage everywhere a carrier claims it. If coverage was a problem on your specific trip, the refund policy applies.
9 · Limitation of liability
We're liable for what we charged you. We can't be liable for business losses caused by connectivity outside our control (carrier network issues, government restrictions, force majeure). The refund policy is the practical remedy.
10 · Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes and we email anyone with an active account. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where VPS.org, LLC is incorporated. Disputes go through that jurisdiction's courts.
