The server that delivers eSIM activation profiles. When your phone scans a QR code, it contacts the SM-DP+ server encoded in the QR, downloads the profile, and installs it.

Each carrier or eSIM provider runs (or contracts) an SM-DP+ server. travel.to's partner providers handle this layer — you never see it directly, but if eSIM activation fails it's often an SM-DP+ issue. The refund policy applies in that case.
