What is refund?
Travel.to's refund policy: full refund if the eSIM fails to activate; half refund if it activates but underperforms (or you used less than 500 MB before the issue surfaced).
In context
Refunds are processed via a one-click button in your order dashboard. Stripe shows the refund on your card statement in 5–10 business days. No support thread, no proof-of-purchase requests. The 30-day refund window can be extended case-by-case via hello@travel.to.
