Per-country plans are tied to one country. For multi-country trips we recommend buying a fresh plan when you cross a border — the install reuses the same eSIM profile on your phone, so no new QR scan is needed.
From your dashboard, click Top up → pick another plan for the same country → checkout. The same eSIM profile gets extended. No new install steps, no new QR.
Full refund if the eSIM fails to activate, half refund if it activates but underperforms, and the full amount back if you used under 500 MB. For digital nomads who travel often, that means trying a new destination is risk-free.
