Questions digital nomads ask

Quick answers.

Per-country plans are tied to one country. For multi-country trips we recommend buying a fresh plan when you cross a border — the install reuses the same eSIM profile on your phone, so no new QR scan is needed.
From your dashboard, click Top up → pick another plan for the same country → checkout. The same eSIM profile gets extended. No new install steps, no new QR.
Full refund if the eSIM fails to activate, half refund if it activates but underperforms, and the full amount back if you used under 500 MB. For digital nomads who travel often, that means trying a new destination is risk-free.
Yes. travel.to installs as a second line via eSIM, so your home SIM stays in the tray and keeps receiving calls and texts. Most digital nomads run data on travel.to and keep voice on their home line.
One plan covers one country. For digital nomads hopping between destinations, you buy a plan per country — each is a single up-front charge — or use a regional plan where we offer one. Same phone, no reinstall between trips.
